GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY IN THE HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY OF SPORT

Faculty in the graduate program of History and Philosophy of Sport at the Pennsylvania State University are currently searching for students to join our top-ranked program. The program resides in Department of Kinesiology and enjoys strong ties to the departments of History; Philosophy; Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies; the College of Communications; and Penn State Law. In addition, we are involved with Penn State’s Center for the Study of Sports in Society and the Rock Ethics Institute.

The Department of Kinesiology is located within the College of Health and Human Development. Our graduate program is currently ranked #1 by the National Research Council and #3 by the National Academy of Kinesiology. Academics in the Department embrace a broad conception of all aspects of the fields they teach and research.
